This policy explains how Kingsley Bathroom Plumbing & Heating Centre Ltd (company number 06583420), trading as Kingsley Bathrooms and as My Plumbing Needs, handles personal data collected through this website.
We collect the information you give us directly: name, company name, address, phone, email and (where relevant to a trade account) company registration, VAT, bank and trade reference details submitted through our Trade Account Application form.
Trade account applications are used solely to assess and administer your account — contacting your trade references, setting up invoicing, and getting in touch about your application. We won't use it for anything else without asking you first.
The trade account form on this site is handled by our website hosting provider's form service and delivered to us by email/dashboard. We don't run our own database of applications beyond what's needed to open and manage your account.
Our Facebook feed is only loaded if you click to load it — at that point Facebook may set its own cookies and collect data under its own privacy policy, which we don't control. Our branch location maps are provided by Google Maps and are subject to Google's privacy policy.
We do not sell personal data. We only share what's necessary with trade references you provide (to verify them) and with our own accounting and IT systems needed to run your account.
We keep trade account information for as long as the account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet our accounting and legal obligations.
