This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle the delivery of products purchased through our website, along with your rights regarding returns and defective items. It should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service and forms part of the agreement between you and us.
1. Delivery
1.1 At the time of delivery, we recommend checking all items for any visible damage and verifying the quantity received. Any issues should be reported within 7 days of delivery to ensure a prompt resolution.
1.2 Deliveries are typically made Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 6:00pm, excluding bank holidays. We will do our best to accommodate your availability where possible.
1.3 All products must be paid for in accordance with our agreed payment terms prior to dispatch.
1.4 We may contact you before delivery to confirm the expected delivery date and time window.
1.5 Deliveries are carried out either by our own team or trusted third-party carriers, depending on availability and location.
1.6 For large or heavy items, assistance may be required at the delivery location to help with unloading.
1.7 We aim to leave goods in a safe, accessible location, but a signature may be required as proof of delivery and acceptance of the items received.
1.8 If you wish to return products that were correctly delivered but no longer required, a restocking fee may apply. This will be confirmed on a case-by-case basis.
