3. Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer local delivery on qualifying orders. For national shipping options and delivery charges, please contact our team or check at checkout.
4. Can I collect my order in-store?
Yes – you can choose click & collect at checkout and pick up from either of our Northampton branches. We’ll notify you when your order is ready.
5. Do you provide installation or plumbing services?
No, we are a plumbers’ merchant – we only supply the products. We don’t offer any fitting or installation services. If you’re a homeowner, we recommend speaking with a qualified tradesperson for installation.
6. Can I return items if I’ve ordered the wrong thing?
Yes, returns are accepted on most unused items within 14 days of purchase. Please keep your receipt and original packaging. Some exclusions may apply, so please ask in-store for full details.
